Push with legs
Bar close to shins, thighs
Push knees away without changing the back angle
Extend hips
Receive, pull under when is at approximately the sternum
Bar tight to the chest, no unnecessary space in beween
Time the bottom bounce, avoid barbell crashing down
Stand
Tall chest again
Dip straight
Drive straight up, when the bar is just above head lunge
Time the lockout with the lunge
