Any style of dynamic pull-up, butterfly or swingingKipping description
Push the hands into the bar, the torso shall be pushed behind the vertical line of the bar
On top of the back swing pull with the arms
From the top make sure that your feet are out in front so gravity pulls you into a front swing
Butterfly description
Start in the top of the pull-up. Feet should be in front of the bar.
Fall forward and let the feet swing back
Let gravity pull you back with straight arms and scoop the feet forward
On top of the backward motion you row to the bar again
