One Arm Landmine Deadlift

Place one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or corner. Load the free end with weight plates.Stand sideways to the barbell, feet shoulder-width apart. Hinge at the hips and grasp the end of the barbell with your outside hand.
Keeping your back straight, drive through your heels and extend your hips and knees to lift the weight. Squeeze your glutes at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
