Start with a half pull to get the feet out in front
Let gravity pull the feet back into a strong arch, hands pronated
On the forward swing supinate the hands and pull when the feet are at approximately hip height
Push the head forward through the rings to increase the speed of the transition
Time the Ring dip with the feet coming back behind the hips
Perform another muscle-up transition to complete the complex
