By using boxes you can create bigger momentum. Too much momentum and it becomes even more difficult. Choose a height where the shoulders is far below the bar and an arm angle of 30-45 degrees.
Drop the feet in between the boxes letting gravity do it's work.
Reverse the motion into a big arch.
Push back into the rig creating a violent hip pop.
Continue to push the hands into the rig as long as possible without bending the arms.
You want to go round the bar not up into it.
