Utförande

Stand tall on a box with your chin at about the bar height
Fall forward and down straightening your arms, the free leg goes back into the first part of the scoop
When your arms are straight pull yourself back with straight arms in a half circle/pendulum. The free leg is now in the bottom and is starting to scoop as you go back
When you are halfway back up start pulling towards the bar. The free leg is now at it's top out in front.
When you have rowed yourself to the bar the leg is back behind the bar starting the next scoop
The entire movement is elliptical in the shape
