Perform this like "Fight Gone Bad," by rotating immediately to the next station every 2 min, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.

The burpee is a line facing burpee where the line can consist of anything, tape, pvc etc. Performed as a bar facing burpee. Two foot take off. Two foot landing. No stepping over the bar.

If the gym does not have enough bikes then Shuttle Run 10m can be utilized as a substitution. 10m equals one calorie in the test.
