Starting in version 3.2.2 pure mobility sessions come with pre selected recommended body parts to mobilize.
They are selected in the priority order:
1. An upcoming session within the next 36 hours
2. As recovery to a session performed the last 36 hours.
3. Default optimized towards full body mobility. Think the requirements of a a Snatch.
In pure mobility sessions we have pro-longed the duration per piece and select only slow, passive and controlled movements.
I did a 10 minute mobility piece for shoulders and t-spine myself yesterday evening and man I felt good afterwards.
