Started using this app when I feelt I needed tonget to the next level in my traning. Leaving the classes for open wod area. Love the way it spots my weaknesses and forces me to work on them. Also I now get to do lots of new workouts that wasent possible in classes an whenever I get these there is allways a movie to watch and understand the new workout. All I miss is some overview for longer plans. If you plan to go your own way and want fun and hard challenges this is definitly something you should try out!
